Binnen enkele minuten vaar je naar de Stille plas die in verbinding staat met de Loosdrechtse plassen en De Vecht. Het chalet ligt op loopafstand (ca. 50 meter) van het privéstrandje en speeltuin van het park. De oprit naast het chalet biedt parkeergelegenheid voor 1 auto. Het goed geïsoleerde chalet heeft een woonkamer met ruime open keuken, voorzien van een kookplaat, koel-vries combinatie, oven-magnetron en een stille vaatwasser (Siemens 2024). In de keuken bevindt zich ook de ingebouwde combiketel. TV-internetaansluiting is aanwezig. De 2 slaapkamers bieden ruimte voor 4 a 5 slaapplekken. In de grote slaapkamer staat een twee-persoons bed, in de kleine slaapkamer een stapelbed. Beide slaapkamers beschikken over vaste kasten. In de badkamer tref je een wastafelmeubel met spiegelkast, een toilet, douche en een handdoek radiator. Het chalet heeft centrale verwarming en een airco (2023) die naast koeling ook warmte kan geven. In de tuin bevindt zich een berging uit 2021 met elektriciteit en een aansluiting voor de wasmachine. Chaletpark Stille Plas is een ruim en mooi opgezet vakantiepark, direct gelegen aan de Stille plas en natuurgebieden. Het park is autoluw en kindvriendelijk. Het beschikt over een grasveld en privéstrandje met speeltuin grenzend aan de stille plas. Van hieruit kan je gaan zwemmen of suppen op de plas. Op warme dagen is het hier heerlijk vertoeven met je familie en vrienden. Ook kan je hier op mooie zomeravonden genieten van de zonsondergang. De stille Plas beschikt over een eigen milieustraat. Het park is het hele jaar open maar buiten het seizoen (april tot november) is alleen weekendgebruik en gebruik tijdens schoolvakanties toegestaan. Permanente bewoning, verhuur en honden zijn niet toegestaan op het park. Het park is met een slagboom afgesloten en per auto uitsluitend voor bewoners toegankelijk. De huur van de standplaats over 2026 bedraagt € 4.814,37 inclusief BTW, elektra, water en overige parkkosten.
