The ABC Islands are Brixfox’s smallest catalog — a few hundred listings against thousands elsewhere — and photo coverage is uneven across the agencies. Tenure is what each listing states and many state none — verify eigendom (freehold) vs erfpacht (lease land) with the notary; coordinates are the agency’s own and many resort units share one.
